• Stickers/typewriter poem prints that are not purchased in conjunction with a book will ship via USPS Regular Mail. Tracking information will not be provided. Kristina Mahr is not responsible for carrier delays.

• Only U.S. orders are accepted via this website. For international orders, please order through the Kristina Mahr Poetry Etsy shop.

Return/Cancellation Policy

• Customized orders (which means any personalization) cannot be cancelled once placed.

• Non-personalized orders can only be cancelled/refunded prior to shipping.

• If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to Kristina Mahr via the Contact form to discuss options for refund/replacement. Please be sure to provide your order number, as well as a photograph of the damage and the original packaging.
